Returns & Exchanges

At TAG Grading, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the TAG Grading security seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
